Order Confirmation
Once you have submitted an order using our on-line order system, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
Payment
Credit terms are strictly payment before delivery. Invoices will be issued upon receipt of order and should be settled prior to delivery of goods. Payment is currently possible via paypal, creditcard or bank transfer. You do not need to have an account with paypal in order to use it.
Refund policy Creditcard:
– Refund period of 14 days
– Repayment within 14 days
Delivery
Delivery take 3-4 business days.
It is the customer responsibility to provide full address information, including postcode and any unusual or special notes for finding your delivery address. This information will be forward to the courier, including contact phone number. We will do our best to meet your delivery requests, however if we are unable to do so we will inform you at the earliest time to make alternative arrangements.
Delivery is made via Royal Mail next day service. Specific delivery times cannot be provided, though most deliveries should be received by 5pm on the expected day.
Changes to Your Order
Any changes, amendments, additions or cancellations to your kefir orders are accepted by email anytime up to the goods being sent.
Cancellations
Order cancellations can only be made before the kefir is sent to you. Once your order is in transit with the courier it cannot be cancelled or amended.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if our terms are not met.
Returns
In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, damaged or below quality, you are requested to contact us within 14 days. We will always refund upon request as soon as possible.
Data Protection
We will never disclose customer information to any third party, our database remains confidential to The Kefir Company Retail B.V. (Blauwkapelsweg 99 , 3572 KD Utrecht,The Netherlands) working within the guidelines set-out in the Data Protection Act 1998.
From time to time we would like to keep you informed about our business by email. Should you not wish to receive these emails from us please let us know. At any time should you no longer wish to hear from us you can unsubscribe and your address will be removed from the database.

Unforeseen Circumstances
We will make every effort to meet and exceed customer expectations with regards to the quality of our products and our levels of service. Should any unforeseen circumstances* occur that should prevent us from doing this we will make every effort to keep customers informed of any changes to orders at the earliest possible time. *Such as Acts of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond our control.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time by posting them on the website. Your continued use of the website after any such change will be deemed acceptance of the changed Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by British Law. By ordering products from our site you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions under the jurisdiction of the British Courts. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect customers statutory rights.
